This project explores how words leave a mark on a person’s mind.

Using double exposure, portraits are combined with texts — letters, notes, phrases that were once written, heard, or ignored by someone.

Each image is a moment of encounter between the inner world and the external message. The project questions: do our words reach others? Do they have the power to influence, or are they lost in the information noise?

Instant messages have become convenient, but at the same time — too easy. Their speed is their dissolution and depreciation. And only what really touches us stays with us longer than a screen moment.
